After our initial consult, we'll schedule an onboarding call where we'll translate your ideas into a clear design direction—layout, structure, and functionality, tailored to your needs.

3. Precision Design Process

Your project is developed into detailed concept plans. We communicate throughout to ensure alignment with your vision.

4. Fast, Reliable Delivery

Finished concept plans are completed and delivered - normally in less then 4-5 business days - ready to be developed into full construction-ready prints.

What is included with a Concept Plan?

These include the basic floor plan design of each level of your project. Including basic measurements, garage design, basements, decks, patios, exterior elevations, and basic roof profiles.

You get to customize the plans to exactly what you want. We include two complimentary plan revision cycles in the package price, to ensure you are completely satisfied with the design before we move into developing the construction plans.

Concept Plans are the first step in your design process.

Are Concept Plans "build-ready"?

Concept plans are not build ready. They are the first step in the design process, providing the initial, basic drawings and elevation views of your project.

They provide a starting point for you to visualize your project and begin working through the scope and budget of your design!

When completed, these plans provide accurate information for us to quote the next design phase, which is developing the Construction Ready Blueprints that your contractors will use.

What is the difference between your Concept plans and a plan I can purchase online?

Great question! Our plans are professionally designed, fully custom plans built from the ground up for a competitive, flat rate price. Most online purchases are standardized blueprints, and you'll still need to hire a designer that will charge extra to make it yours.

With us, you get exactly what you want from the beginning, with expert guidance throughout the entire process, at clear, straight forward pricing.

Do you work directly with Contractors?

Absolutely. We partner directly with contractors to provide quality design services for your clients.

Can I send my concept plans to a contractor to get a construction bid?

Concept plans work well to get a ballpark construction estimate from your contractor.

But please note, since Concept Plans do not include the full construction details which may include additional changes, you do not want to get a formal construction bid just yet. The official construction-ready blueprints is what your contractor will need to finalize an exact bid.

We are headquartered in Libby, in North West Montana, and provide services throughout Montana, Idaho, Washington, Oregon, and the greater US and Canada.

Do you offer on-site visits?

Yes, we offer on-site visits for clients if needed, within local driving distance. (Roughly 125 miles of Libby, MT)

For out of area clients, we rely on photos, arial and live video footage if needed to fully visualize your needs. We'll walk you through those steps if needed during the design process.
